Shipping & Returns

 

RETURN POLICY:

We only offer store credit for returns. All clothing items must be returned unworn, unwashed and smoke, deodorant and perfume free. Paint must be returned unopened and unused.  All original tags must be attached (please note that some items purchased online might not have tags). We reserve the right to refuse a return if these conditions are not met.  

 

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

 

  • Items purchased with a discount 

  • Items that are marked “Final Sale” 

  • Hats
  • Jewelry & Belts

  • Hair Accessories

  • Bodysuits + Bralettes + Intimates 

  • Gourmet Items

  • Custom Orders

 

All return requests must be made within 10 days after delivery. After the return has been approved, please make sure it is delivered back to K's Junktiuqe or brought to our store within 14 days. Returns that exceed this limit will not be accepted. Any items sent back to us that are not in compliance with our return policy will be shipped back to the customer at their expense. After 30 days, we are unable to accept returns on any purchases. Once a return is delivered, please allow 5 business days for it to be processed.

HOW IT WORKS: To start a return, please email us at ksjunktique@gmail.com. Once approved, if you selected to bring the item into the store, please return it within 14 days to 916 S Arkansas Ave, Russellville, AR 72801

DAMAGED ITEMS: If you receive a damaged/defective item, please email ksjunktique.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include a picture of the damage and your order number. 

LOST PACKAGES: K's Junktique is not liable for packages that are lost or stolen. Please email us at ksjunktique@gmail.com if you believe your package was lost or stolen. 

EXCHANGES: Due to our quickly changing inventory, we do not offer exchanges.

SHOES: Shoes must be returned with their original shoebox. Please pack the shoebox inside another box as the original shoebox must be returned undamaged. We also recommend carpeted areas for trying shoes on. Any signs of wear to the shoe or a damaged shoebox will make them ineligible for return.

INCORRECT ORDERS: We double check every order before it goes out the door, but we are humans and mistakes happen! If you happen to receive the wrong item, or are missing an item, this is for you! Let us know by emailing ksjunktique@gmail.com with your order number and the name of the item that is wrong. All reports must be made within 7 days of receiving your order or it will not be accepted. We'll send you a prepaid return label to ship back the incorrect item. Once you've received the label, please send back the incorrect item within 7 days so that we can ship you the correct item.

We know you will be anxiously waiting for your package to arrive to your front door, so please read below to help guide your shipping selection. Our customers are our number one priority and we want to make sure your order is shipped to you as soon as possible!

Oh, and did we mention all domestic orders over $100 receive FREE shipping through USPS First Class?! Oh, ship!

When will my order ship?

All orders will be processed within 1-4 business days if standard shipping is selected (USPS First Class). Our friends at USPS pick up our shipments at the end of each business day. Once the package is on the truck, there is a 3-6 business day estimated arrival time. However, these orders do NOT have a guaranteed delivery date. Shipping may exceed 6 days as USPS does not deliver on Sundays or holidays.

*Please note that K's Junktique also does not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.

 *While we will do all that we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, K's Junktique cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, postal interruptions, etc.

Do we offer overnight shipping?

Not at this time. If you need an item quickly, we recommend contacting us directly or picking it up in store!
